We accept bank transfer (preferred), credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Payment must be 100% in advance to confirm your reservation.

What is the cancellation policy?

IMPORTANT: ViajesLine does NOT issue refunds of any kind once the reservation is confirmed. For this reason, we ALWAYS recommend purchasing travel insurance with cancellation coverage before booking.

To travel to Europe you need: Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity). From 2025: ETIAS mandatory for visa-exempt countries. Recommended: Travel insurance, proof of accommodation and financial means.

Do I need a visa for Europe?

Accepted Answer

Depends on your nationality. Citizens of Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Brazil do NOT need a visa for tourist stays up to 90 days. You will need ETIAS from 2025.

We include basic travel insurance covering medical assistance and luggage. However, we strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance with cancellation coverage.
